Thank you pink...they suggested things like breathing techniques and relaxation...I am in counseling again, but for my marriage right now...I am looking into theophostic counseling.

Hey pink I have not started it yet, but I have read a book on it and my pastor recommends it...I am hoping to go under a licensed therapist...

I have been feeling stressed the past couple of days. Without a job and money issues, I am starting to feel the pinch. My shoulders have been stiff and unless I take my medicine, I do not feel all that good either.

Keep taking your meds and totally rely on the Lord have faith in Him to see you through this time, get in the Word of God and seek out His promises.

So ya don't want to be TOS'ed out, eh? 
It's a badge of honor and source of great pride for many of us to brag about the many forums and websites we've been TOS'd out of and been told by court order to stay away from (those stupid judges--how DARE they tell me what to do?  ), because it fulfills Bible prophecy in that we'd be persecuted for our faith, and we are as great and worthy as the big-mouthed apostle Peter, who ALWAYS spoke his mind without apology and considered himself worthy of being persecuted for his faith (Acts 6:41)! Yeah! HULK SMASH!  ARRRRGH!  
Of course, I just deliberately took Acts 6:41 grossly out of context, and loudmouthed Peter denied Jesus three times after vowing he'd do so over his dead body.
I hope in all seriousness you're doing okay, and that this silly post may make you laugh a little.

Still having a bad day, but that did cheer me up some! I got TOS'd off of one Christian site for telling an atheist that there was a God and if he didn't start following Him, then he'd wind up in hell. It was my third warning. I got told in each warning that we are to be spreading joy and love and to either love atheists on the site or ignore them. That site used to boast about how welcome the atheists feel there. lol!
The thing is to do it in love...but if we don't tell them there is a better place than the one they are headed to, who will?
