They keep telling us it's going to rain but it hasn't... I wish it would for a bit... save me watering the garden... and would maybe cool everything down for a bit...

We've had more rain that warm/hot days so I'm quite happy to do without for now--but we'll have a storm tonight.

I was having a good mental health day, but now it's going south. Some things happened that I'm angry about. I was cussing a lot for a while.  So much for trying to break that habit!

Can your husband or someone else help you put the things together you would need for your trip? Maybe it would be good for you to go and get away for a bit, even though it wouldn't be a break from your dh.
I just reread your post, and I have to say I'd probably just steam the clothes in the shower and pack them up and try not to worry too much about looking a bit crumpled, if I couldn't get the ironing done. Is there any way you can get the prescriptions delivered?
I'm glad your husband said that, so you know he hasn't meant to hurt you. When I realize that my husband has actually tried, it makes a difference, even if the result falls short.
We had a frustrating day. A lot of it was me. I'm not sure what I should let go, and whether there are areas where I'm justified in applying pressure (as I have been, and not in a very nice way). And I realize I'm not willing to let dh face certain consequences; I just don't have the resolve to maintain certain boundaries, in the face of possible bad outcomes. I need to realize that this failure is about me, and not about him.

Melissa, you slipped, you have not failed. You are trying and knowing you, you will continue to try. I'm sorry your mood has dropped.
No rain yet, but it's much fresher today, which is lovely. I sowed some salad leaves, carrot, beetroot and spring onion seeds in the garden.

I agree ~ not to mention, your meds aren't going to last forever so you'll need to see a doctor (of some sort) at the very least.

Praying for Maggie. I didn't see her around here, and I wondered if that meant she'd decided to go on the trip.
Good job Roberta on the therapist's appointment! Yup, I agree with Manda, pdoc is essential too. As agapetos pointed out, no pdoc=good way to get stuck without any medications. BTDT.
I don't think I'm going to get much done around here by myself or with dh, so I'm looking into actually bringing in a professional organizer. I explored this a few months ago and it never went anywhere, and my doctor got a bit disgusted with all the going in circles without a result, but now I think I really am going to do it.

) I had vertigo most of the morning. I was OK when I was sitting down for the most part, but taking a shower was interesting. I did go to the picnic. I had a good time, but took forever to feel somewhat normal. Now, I'm exhausted and it's only 9:45 pm. It's weird to still have so much day light.
