Hiya Trisha, I am doing ok, just trying to get my diabetes under control. It is a challenge but doable.

Hi Mike! It's all about educating yourself as much as you can and following through. Keep pressing on!

Whew! I got my day started late today but once I got out, it's been pretty busy. Now that the showers are over I am shopping with priority. lol Then when I got home I rested but fought the urge to take a nap. Ha. It would have been a three hour nap for sure. Instead I got nesting done. I didn't get everything I wanted to get done but not a bad day at all! It's just a little past 8 pm here and I need to start dinner soon. John finishes at 10 so I think I will wait for him to eat.

I did one splurge purchase today and I purposely went to a local store to get it. I think supporting local business, even if a tad more expensive is a good thing. But the next main purchase goal is a rocking chair. I went to several places and so far, Target it is. Found a pretty good one for a good price.

Curry and rice for dinner! Yum!

So much POG and Hawaiian breeze to savor. So little people to share it with. lol

I could use a good rest at the beach right about now too. Work a full day today and then service. I am so ready for my last day! My poor feet is looking more and more like my future baby's.

What a day today. I made a boo boo and misplaced the key to the store. The manager had to come and rescue me. She was not happy cause her back is bothering her, she was drowsy and had to drive some distance. Sigh... I know I made a mistake but pregnancy hormones makes you more emotional and you can either feel extremely joyful or get stressed out easily.

Please pray for me.

Hiya Jill. Yup, I'm going back to work. Need the finances. I still want to do my own thing with the business and just work a part time job but the opportunity needs to come.

How are you? Are you working now?

I'm working on a 6 month contract. It could go longer or it could become permanent they aren't sure yet.

The workload is definitely there to get hired just need management to say ok, I guess. If you want to pray about it feel free. It's healthcare related so there is only more work coming in in the future at this point.

Thanks Ray! I could use the prayers. I'm already so tired in my third trimester so I'm hoping this incident doesn't stress me out. I go back to that store location on Monday. I need what energy I do have to finish getting things ready for the baby.

After today I have just one more week of work! Woo hoo!

Some of you know this but the baby has now flipped. So that means when I am standing, he is upside down. lol And right now I am patiently waiting for John to bring home some breakfast.

How's everyone doin? At this rate I won't be a super member again anytime soon. Haha.

Maybe he will become a breakdancer

I am doing ok, got a metallic taste in my mouth, but I am relieved to find out that it is only because of one of the medications that I take. I am ready for the weekend I think?

Mike and Tina, how about a breakdancing yoga instructor? Naaah! lol

Tina, I am almost there huh. I'm getting old though. I not as fast as I used to be.

Sigh...I need to tell John to shake the carton before pouring out some guava juice. It's so thick!

I didn't know pagers were used anymore. I thought a company-issued cell phone was today's equivalent of the electronic ball-and-chain.

Yeah that's what I thought too.. but this is for solving problems while in the building.. so technically a cell phone is not needed. The name and number of the person you are supposed to contact will come up - its automated through the help desk software

Besides - a lot of companies don't order blackberries for everyone anymore. You pick out your phone and they give you a monthly stipend or you turn in an expense report.

Of course I still have Office 2000 on my computer, so..........

Hi Trish!

Wow, your little guy will be here before you know it! How exciting!! Just wait for the little burst of energy and you will know it's TIME

I'm so happy for you and John! I'll be praying for a safe and quick delivery.

Hi Sam! Kinda late responding but I'm here now.

Shabbat Shalom everyone. Hope you are having a great day!

Well, I am now done with work. Woo Hoo! Gonna round off all the baby planning until he arrives. Tomorrow I go to a friend's place to look at her baby stuff. It's so awesome when we bless each other isn't it? I should also get the bags packed for the hospital by this weekend. Just a few items left to get. Still waiting for the reclining glider to arrive.

John and I will be staying with my parents for about a month. It's Asian style and basically is supposed to be very helpful to the new parents. Someone to cook for you and help you when needed. I'm actually really curious how it's gonna go. My mom can be a little overbearing so if you feel led to, please pray for a smooth stay there. Pray that I communicate well when I need to. Much appreciated.

Another thing...while it seems like the wrong time to be looking I saw this pretty decent place for rent on Craigslist for a very good price. So much so, it really is worth looking. If it's a good place it will be tough to make a decision on it. I will look at the numbers to first see if we can afford at this time. If so, I'd like to just go for it, apply and pray to G-d that the outcome is meant to be. It often is reassuring when you know you have made a wise decision on something and the same time pray. kwim?

Anyhoo, hoping I make it to the polling place before picking up John. Asta la pasta!
