My guess was based on the fact that all the Den ladies are so much younger and younger looking than Sam & me.

Gary, sorry I didn't include you with Sam and me in my first post. It's just that the memory is the second thing to go as you grow old...

It's quite obvious that those two years look like a lot more than they are.

Good morning Denizens. I would just like to share that mandatory overtime REALLY hoovers when you are sick and have a sinus headache that makes you want to gouge an eye out.

Fortunately, that was yesterday.

I might have killed someone if I got held over again today.

Especially after dealing with salespeople from heck yesterday (there is a reason I don't answer my phone. I am sleeping. Go away. Stop calling or at least leave a message. Calling every 45 minutes then hanging up makes me want to waterboard you.)

Hi Everyone! I am here trying to relax but my back hurts. I am afraid of losing my job and anything that my boss may pull as a result of that with unemployment, etc.

Pam, sorry to hear the bad news! I hope they get rid of all the cancer totally!

Euty, I am very sorry to hear about your friend as well.

I remember watching Get Smart and That Girl too - sadly enough it wasn't the re-runs though.

{{{Pam!!}}} I am keeping you in my prayers!

It's 99 in the Den.

Speaking of 99, I saw that Barbara Feldon, Agent 99 on "Get Smart", is 77 today. I'm guessing that Sam & I are the only ones here that watched the series when it first ran. I thought Barbara was foxy back then. Now I learn she's about the same age as my sweet mother.

I loved this show! I wanted to be Agent 99! I do think I saw it in reruns, though.

I. Can't. Keep. Up. In. The. Den. I need high speed Internet!

Hi all!

Boots, glad you found the clip. I bet it is really hard to tell with kids - I know I was thinking of my grandson and thinking that it would be hard to teach him about how serious it would be to call 911 without scaring him too much to use it when he needed to!

I had to laugh when he told 911 to send "lot's of cops" and "soldier's too!" That boy was serious! And with darn good reason.

I know! That was cute! And scary. I'm sure it is hard to find a balance on teaching kids to use 911.

((((((((( Mac ))))))))))

I loved this show, too! And I also wanted to be Agent 99! She was the coolest! And I'm sure I saw it in re-runs.

When I was little, I think this was my favorite show. Well, Get Smart and Supermarket Sweep... lol.

Dittos to all of that. (except for being 99) I enjoyed it as a kid in rerun heaven.
And I liked the move "The Nude Bomb" they did in the 70's

I enjoyed "Get Smart", too. As a teenager, it was reassuring to know that if adults could defeat CHAOS despite their bumblings--why, I had a chance!

Drive-by post Denizens and I'm requesting prayer! The request is here (I apologize for not making it a relative link but I can never remember how to do that and it's past my bedtime so I'm ready to zzzzzzzzzzz).

(made the relative link for you Kath)

More details in my thread, but I passed my police testing (quite well actually). Thank you all so much for your prayers! I felt each and every one of them!

God is good!

Way to go, Phosy! Congratulations!

Good Morning! It's still dark out, what's up with that?

Oh! Happy Ides of March!

I'm going to drink more coffee now and try to wake my brain up...
