John_O -> Right now I feel (part 2) (10/9/2009 10:28:53 PM)

Tired and bored yet not nearly ready to go to sleep.

Prairiehiker -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/9/2009 10:36:06 PM)

Right now I feel that I'm so not ready for winter. we just got some 3 to 4 inches of snow and it's only the second week of Oct. Ugh. I'm so glad I'm at home all snuggly with my daughter, cat and dog. Best way to spend Friday night.

Ouch! (I feel your pain)

SamsonUSA -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/10/2009 3:03:29 AM)

I feel truly blessed (and very tired) after spending an awesome night of worship & praise at the David Crowder Band concert. What a group of gifted musicians who love the Lord.

Shame on me for previously thinking that nothing good could possibly come out of Texas![:D]

Feeling humbled there, my brother? Just like that guy who said "can anything good come out of Nazareth", boy, was he ever wrong, LOL!

Good biblical catch, PH!

I feel deep gratitude that the Holy Spirit leads us into the truth--no matter how stubborn, stiff necked, and/or sssslllloooowwww some of us are. [8D]

And in a typical SamsonUSA manner, yes, it's the Holy Spirit in you that's convicting you of this truth, lol.....

Convicting me? I already know that the best things come from Texas. [sm=icon_smile_approve.gif]

Hmmm...dare I remind you of your steroid pumpin', dope smokin', skirt chasin', banjo strummin' redneck of a football team? And let's not forget the last president of the USA came from Texas, lol....

Um...I'll shut up now. Knowing you, Shema, at least I know there's one good thing in Texas....lol!

Definitely not a thought that originated from me. Jesus said in John 14:16-17 "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;
that is the Spirit of truth,
whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you."

Romans 8:9 "You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ."

Not yet, but am working on it. I feel that God already has it all arranged for me! [:)]

I get to see the David Crowder Band when they're here on the 29th in Dallas. I feel excited and happy after reading SamsonUSA's post. I was really looking forward to the concert, and now I'm looking forward to it even more.

Tashilein -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 1:58:06 AM)

... exhaustion anyone? After arriving on Wednesday morning from Karachi and going to Frankfurt that very evening and then to return from doing Frankfurt-Bahrain-Riyadh-Bahrain with another barely 13hours rest for another quick trip to Riyadh... I'm happy to have 2 days off to recover. Although I woke up this morning at around 7am cause I thought I might need a visa for Taiwan. I called the consulate of Taiwan to see if I needed a visa and if they required any specific documents (sometimes they want a letter of employment from the company)... Turns out that if I stay up to 30 days I don't need a visa, so no need for me to go driving around trying to locate where they are at. I'm very thankful for that.

... glued to the phone. After a visit to the ophthalmologist all I need is a pair of new glasses. Though that's not the reason I have been having a minor pain on the left side of my head. He suggested I'd see an ENT specialist cause it might be my sinuses. So I'm trying to get an appointment and I'm hoping for one today as I'll be going there to see the dermatologist for 6 month check up on my moles. But it's a very silent "on hold"-line.

EnchantedEvening -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 2:03:45 AM)

like a second class citizen elsewhere in the forums 'cause I'm single.[:(]

blueeyedgirl2 -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 7:29:39 AM)

. . . tired. The phone rang at 3:52 this morning calling me into work. Somehow I didn't even know I was on call! [8|] Anyway, I just got home and really want to crawl back into bed, but I have to get ready for church soon. If I didn't have to teach my class after church I'd probably just stay home. Now I'm just hopeful that I can stay awake and alert during the sermon! [:)]

coyouth -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 7:33:00 AM)

relieved. i was quite cash strapped this month, and was just wondering, "would i need to cash out money from the bank again?" and my mum just gave me some money which she said was some interest from the bank, and i was like, "wow, You provided just in time!" hahaha...

Grace-N-Mercy -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 12:29:21 PM)

... tired after coughing for an hour, but relieved that this thing is almost over.

... happy that I got to play flute in the orchestra after a 3-year hiatus -- I've still got it! And my friends still love it!! [:D]

BelleWeather -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 12:40:01 PM)

...rejuvenated by the walk home from church. The homily gave me so much to think about.

Prairiehiker -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 2:07:36 PM)

...tired and need to get some sleep for a big dinner tonight where we probably wont' get any sleep at all. And practice my Kareoke skills, lol.......

trinigirl722 -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 6:39:16 PM)

Frustrated because of conflict with a friend. If it's one thing I can't stand it's being misunderstood.

actorguy282 -> RE: Right now I feel (part 2) (10/11/2009 6:53:54 PM)

sad for a friend, his mom committed suicide last week and I don't know how to be there for him
