I is here! Present and counted. Now can I nap?!?!

FYI: A little Flexall454 on the hands makes them feel nice and relaxed. Enough so that i'm talking to you fine people when I didn't think I could move my hands anymore.

You cracked us both up with that.

Sometimes I think I must not be speaking English. I think I am posting in such a way to be understood but apparently I'm not.

I didn't understand a word of that.

All I'm reading is "blah, blah, blah...blah, blah, blah..."
huh?

unless the grammar/spellcheck-challenged are posting...I can pretty much read and understand everybody

and even then, it's gotta be pretty bad

Drat! You both beat me to it!

So true, Pammy. Maybe the next time we want to make a stellar post we should preface the post with bold letters saying

LISTEN UP YOU PEEPS...I HAVE SOMETHING PERTINENT TO SHARE THAT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE OP. This will be good for you, now pay attention!

Do you think that would work?

No not really

I'm very bored and I still have three hours of the work day left.

I require entertainment... chop chop!

Special for you:

During a visit to the mental asylum, I asked the Director how do you determine whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.

'Well,' said the Director, 'we fill up a bathtub, and then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub.'

'Oh, I understand,' I said. 'A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup.'

'No.' said the Director, 'A normal person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed near the window?'

thanks for that :)

Here we go again. I thought I had a valid response/question HERE, but it was passed over/ignored ... when will I learn to just not go there?

Well, can't you see that there is a clear argument between two people and you stuck you question in the middle of it? I too am learning to just stay away when there are a couple people arguing. Can you picture them in person? Yelling over the other? Thinking whoever yells the loudest is *right*? LOLOL

Okay, very important announcement: despite having eaten far too many cookies and carbs (mainly in the form of baked potatoes), and nowhere near enough veggies these past two weeks, and not exercised nearly enough, I have managed to LOSE 4 POUNDS!! I sure hope I don't find them again

Yes, Samgirl, you're right. I really must stop thinking that is a fair forum.

Congratulations!

It looks to me like you were asking a particular person a question, not a question in general, and the person you quoted hasn't been back to the thread that I can see.

Yes, I suppose it looked that way. But I would have welcomed anyone's opinion. Oh well.

Good morning Denizens! Just a drive-by post before I head off to work. I'm beat from yesterday - as soon as I got home from work, I headed off to a family birthday party and didn't get home until later than I should have...

Where is everyone? Off enjoying the spring weather?

I am trapped inside. Too much yellow stuff floating in the air for me to be able to breath!

Wow! The Den is very silent this weekend! I just got home from work and did my run. I had a horrible headache this morning and I suspect that it was related to that yellow stuff in the air around here too. I very rarely get headaches. I am sooooooooooooo thankful for Aleve though. It's my own personal wonder drug!

BTW - Anyone wanna BBQ me a hamburger?

Nope ... and if you figure it has to be multiplied 6x, there's NO hope for the house whatsoever!!! (6 = all the kids - the 7yo, 6yo, 3yo, 2yo, 7mo, and 34yo!!!)

Hi everybody. Sorry I'm late. I have a note.

Dear Den,

Please excuse BugLady's tardiness. She has been busy evading the enemy.

Sincerely,
