Lord we ask that your healing hand be on Isaac. Be with the doctors and nurses - give them wisdom, steadiness and strength as they use the gifts You have given them to perform this surgery on precious Isaac. Lord be with Erin & Klay right now. Give them peace as they sleep tonight. Be with them tomorrow as they wait, comfort them with Your presence and give them peace. Help them to rest in Your arms and find You faithful. We ask that the surgery be a success and that his heart would become whole. Thank you for Erin & Klay and the wonderful parents they are for Isaac. Thank you for Your nearness to them this whole time. We praise you because Isaac is fearfully and wonderfully made.

Heavenly Father,
Please cradle this family today. May Klay and Erin have real peace about your presence with them and what is going on with their son, and may You be in that operating room right with Isaac guiding the surgeon and staff's hands. Thank You for all You have done for Isaac including his beautiful hair, his 2 pounds, 14 ounces, his 13 inches of length. Thank You, Lord, for this wee life and how You have used Erin, Klay and their son Isaac to bring so many of us closer to You.
Lord, please, take these hardships from Isaac and let him thrive.
Amen.

It's 8:59am according to my clock. I'm pretty sure they are in a different time zone that me, but I will start praying now and continue until we get an update. Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Sarah!

I believe Erin's in my time zone, and my clock currently says about 8:30, so the surgery should start relatively soon.

PRAISE THE LORD THANK YOU JESUS!!!! So glad she finally got to hold baby Isaac, too. How could a nurse think he wouldn't want to be held & cuddled?
