I can have any time. But cheesecake is best when shared with a friend. It's even better when shared with a cute friend.

I make that Cheesecake is best shared with a cute male friend.

she said that SHE thinks cheesecakse is best shared with cute male.

you, on the other hand, could modify to say that cheesecake is best shared w/ a cute FEMALE friend.

ETA: However, I really wanna share cheesecake with someone special, but since I don't know anyone special that will admit to liking cheesecake...

When my girls were little I had a cookbook that showed you how to hide veggies in your childrens food so they would get the nutrition but not know that they were there. They also said that after eating the veggies mixed in other foods, they would actually start liking the veggies by themselves. It worked for 2 out of three kids.
So I'm thinking that if we hide cheesecake in Ed's food, he will acquire a taste for it. Whatchathink?

BTW the key lime cheesecake sounds incredible. I love keylime. Thanks OA for the recipe. I may make it for my birthday.

I will look it up for you and get back to you. I sold it in a garage sale several years ago. I still hide veggies in food though.

link

This is not the book I had but it looks like an updated version of the same kind of thing. Now that I am feeding my nieces twins, I am going to order one for myself, and keep it on hand for when the grandkids eventually come along. I wish I did not get rid of the other one. What was I thinking?

Edited to add link that did not show up the first time.

LOL. While I was looking for the cookbook I found this one.
Ed's (future) cheesecake eating wife may need this book.

I think it is by the same author as the book I had, but I can't find it.

  • propose to wife
  • find rare mystery cheesecake book when nadine edits post to include title

There are no recipes on hiding cheescake in other foods in the cookbook, because frankly, no one else would really need such a thing, however this book would possibly give your future wife some ideas as to how to do it. Really most would need a book on how to hide the cheesecake from their spouse, but that's a whole nuther issue altogether.

Good List BTW!

Terri, I admire your good taste! While I do indeed like several desserts, I would probably say cheesecake is pretty close to "the" favorite. After all, it can have chocolate, key lime, candy, even pineapple as an ingredient! Proving that you can have your cheesecake and other favorite desserts too! A truly wonderous thing, cheesecake...
