Help please. When I try to load a picture for my avatar and profile information.I keep getting this pop up window telling me the file is too large I checked the size and it's not too big. One member said I had to have at least 50 posts and I do. So what is the problem?

Sometimes if you are using one browser you have to try another. I have no idea why. I use Firefox, and when I get that message I log in using IE and try again. Others have said they use IE and when it happens they try Firefox.

It's worked every time.

When it loads successfully, don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ok or apply.

Make sure you check the size of the file (under 10kb) AND the size of the image (max 145x145). It has to fit both to load successfully.

Thanks for responding. But alas I double checked and even made the image smaller than 145X145 and still I get the message that the image is too large. Ahhhhhhggggggg!

Which browser do you typically use? Which one did you try other then that one? Which web site do you sign in through? (Faith Community Network, Crosswalk, etc
