Doesn't matter if it was on your Ipod, your radio, in the garage with your punk band or your crackley vinyl. What was the best thing that hit your aural canals today? For me, it was "The Shape Of Air" by Daniel Amos. Ever since Darn Floor,Big Bite was re-released back in the fall, I keep returning to it, and "Air" is my favorite track. Great flowing melody and the usual thought pondering lyrics Terry Taylor is known for. I love it!

(Psalm) 40 by U2 on my iPod. I love that song in a big way.

So far it's "Not to Us" by Chris Tomlin, but the day's young. Yesterday it was Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue".

Haven't had time to listen today but if I extend that out to 24 hours I'd say "The Sky is Falling" by Thrice.

Beatles - I Feel Fine. One half of my very favorite 45 single of all time (other side was "She's A Woman"). I was listening to the 1962-1966 (Red) Collection.

Jackson Browne - "The Road and The Sky" from Late For The Sky. Heard it on XM's Deep Tracks station. A prime example of a great song you'd never hear played on a commercial "Classic Rock" station. Viva XM!
