Hi - all of my text is bold (body, controls, site buttons - everything), but just on this site. Any idea what caused this? Thanks for your help!

But be a setting on your browser perhaps?

I can't duplicate it... sorry

Are you sure its actually bold? Or is it the browser has chosen to use a dark, large, or bold font?

I played around with default settings once and my browser would come up with all text twice as big as normal. I just had to set it back. Perhaps that is your problem as well.

Also, what browser are you using?

I checked through my settings pretty well, I don't see any browser settings that would affect this. I am working from Firefox for Mac. I tested this very page in Chrome and Safari as well, and they are all coming up bold. This is the only website that is doing this too me. All other sites are appearing normally. Thanks!

Very strange.

I access these threads through Faith Community Network, but just went and over to Crosswalk to check things out.

I use Firefox on a Mac, as well. I'm not seeing the excessive bold that you are seeing.

I'm not sure what it is.

Interesting - your post is the only thing on this page that I don't see in bold! I think that it's a different font too… weird.

The different font is intentional; I type all my posts in the "Optima" font.

How about this sentence? I've let the default font remain.

Ah, I knew I recognized that font! I use it all the time. If only it were bigger, I would have spotted it.

Yes, that second line (default) is bold as well.
